Hello BP Family,

Does anyone have any experience subletting long term rentals?  How would I go about approaching this?  I'm not interested in short term subletting Airbnb style but long term rentals.  Not sure if this is a popular strategy, but I'm interested in learning more about it.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello BP,

I have done some research on tax lien properties and I have a strong interest in investing in tax lien land.  I am looking for an experienced mentor who can teach me the ropes of this niche market.  Having someone who can coach me along the way in this process would be very instrumental for my success.  BP please assist.

Thank you

@Alex T. Thank you soo much for your input!  That was very informative.  I will try to find a book or two.  I'm also learning a lot off of youtube.  Thank you.

Hello BP,

I am currently a landlord for my duplex but, I recently have some interest in tax lien and deed properties.  This past weekend I went to a seminar about this process but I am not interested in paying $4,000 to learn how to invest in these properties.  Does anyone have any great books or programs they can recommend to me for learning how to invest in these properties the right way?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

@Bill Ayers My goal is to generate cash flow from cash purchases.  Mobile homes seem like an investment opportunity that I can pay cash for without financing.  How long have you been investing in them?  Has it been profitable for  you?

Hello BP,

Looking to connect with some Mobile Home investors in the metro Atlanta area.  I have some interest in this field and would like to learn more about it.  Is this niche worth it?  Lets talk.

Thank you

Thanks for your input @Sean Markey. Can you point me in the right direction in terms of researching this market?  I haven't been able to find much information on this topic.  Of course, I want to due my due diligence before diving into this business.  Any information that you can provide will be much appreciated.
