They should have a minimum of $2,350 earnest money deposited with escrow. If they default on the contract keep their earnest money and sell it again.

I am. I started flipping mobile homes in parks 20 years ago and still do so.

The high profit margins and absence of serious competition allowed me to make enough money to purchase rental properties with a substantial cash flow.

It seems that telling someone to ‘grow up’ because you don’t agree with the category they suggest a certain mindset of people are grouped in is, well, childish. Unless you prefer a different term of course.

Many landlords with financed properties would be homeless without half a year’s rents.

Then all the indigents could squat on the properties for free, without utilities of course. It would add nicely to the ambiance already in place - Seattle is turning into a sewer.
