Dateline Seattle. Kshama Sawant,

a Seattle City council member, is trying to make it a law that tenants can’t be evicted November through March - our winter months.

Has anyone heard of anything like this anywhere else in the known universe?

What methods have you used to comply with Dodd-Frank when you carry owner contracts?

Ask the park(s). Some do, some don’t. It’s up to them individually.

@Collin Smith

Commercial property usually sold for current value. No homes paying rent? Very little value.

Potential - HUGE! Best case scenario!

I’ve helped park owners fill parks with used but easily rehabbed homes. I’ll share the best sources to find them - just let me know:)

@Aaron Reamer

I’ve done dozens of deals with very similar numbers. $10 to $15K should certainly be enough to make the mobile like new.

I’d encourage you to jump on this one. Get the money any way you have to. Loan, investor, credit cards, sell something - !

I started this way and kept with mobile homes and other real estate.

You Must get started!

All the Best!

@Jermaine Chad Ingram

Mobiles in parks are personal property not real estate so bank loans are like financing a car. A point or 2 higher than real estate but still can get 20 years and of course the amount financed is a lot less so the payments are very reasonable.
