Whichever route I take, I know that I'm planning to build a system to enable the business to be truly passive. As Brandon likes to say, I don't want to buy a life time job.

Is there a possibility of networking to much? You never know when someone is going to have a property to sell or know of someone that will. My last deal came from someone that knew I did this.
