In a neighborhood that you know very little about, what website do you use to set a rent? How helpful is it?

@Joshua D. You asked for advice and a lot of people complied. Not one of us know your wife like you do. Mariage is about compromise. If your wife is not happy and you can do something about it then you need to do something. That being said only you two know what that is. My first thought does she see where the business is headed? Can she see that it will be a benefit in the future? Just talk to her....don't let her be the one to bring it up. Maybe nothing will make her happy unless you are 8-4:30 everyday. If there is something in between you both need to get there. Congrats on killing it. May you continue to be blessed.

@Ryan Wydler I am thinking 2/2 set up would cater to two people renting sfh. I know that a 3/1.5 is rare in certain areas and it makes all the difference in getting better applicants. Good luck, I will be following.

@Jay Hinrichs glad I am not the only one thinking that. I see some of the properties that are posted by some of the whole sellers in Richmond and all I can do is smh.

@Jason Dillard, thanks for letting me know about my profile. I guess I did not hit save the first time. As I stated above, I was using equity to show the amount above what I put into the properties. My equity is 265k. Just trying to get other options as to where to go from here. I am not really set on any true path.
