@Joe Norman

Thanks a lot!!

I love this input. It sounds a lot like the 8x8 section of millionaire real estate agent. I'm almost done with the book.

I talked to my broker already and we've already discussed the commissions and all. So we pretty much got through about half of what you're saying so that makes me confident.

@Kaveh Jafarabadi

Thanks for the input.

I'm actually not interested in being a broker. The plan is to make a living as a realtor and build my investments part time.

The "broker " I plan to work for is an investor and is also a mentor. I won't be his first nor his only licensee.

I hope I don't sound like I'm hyping him up but, I've met others he's mentored and credible investors he continues to work with.

So I've known him a good while.

@Bryan Scott

Thank you for your advice.

I'm definitely gonna ask the same questions.

Tell me if you have deeper insight for this plan.

I'm getting my license for the purpose of working "directly" for a real estate investor who owns the brokerage.

My idea is.....work for him.....learn everything I possibly can from him for free in terms of monetary value.

While doing this I will be investing.

Thats about as far as i got.

@Patrick Hill

Thanks for all the advice.

Just wanted to give you an update.

The action plan is to.....

1. Finish the millionaire real estate agent. Im like half way through.

2. Get my license.

3. Use this book and the suggestions you added from the start of my career.

Ive taken a look at all of the material you suggested and I think Ive got a lot of work to do.

Itll take a while just to get through it all. Thank you ag

Hello everyone.

I am scheduling the course I need to take in order to become a licensed real estate agent.

The goals are....

#1. Use this profession to get as involved as possible in real estate.

#2. Raise cash to buy real estate.

What I would like to know is how to be really good at it.

My questions are...

What books should I be reading as a beginner realtor?

What should I be focusing on for marketing as a beginner realtor?

What actions should I be focusing on for the first month as a beginner realtor?

Thank you all in advance for your input and feel free to add any advice I didn't include.

I am at the stage where I don't know what I don't know
