@Frank S.Welcome Frank! It can be a pretty hard road in real estate investing, that's what's so great about BP! There's a ton of different investment vehicles in real estate, if one is cost prohibitive in your market, try to learn about a different approach. You should think about joining a real estate investment group, great networking opportunities there. The MLS is usually pretty picked over, so you will want a good database of wholesalers and investors to contact. Keep learning man!

@Gustavo MartinezCongratulations man!  I'm an agent myself.  It can get a little hectic sometimes serving investors and the general public (as they are vastly different deals).  The best thing I did was simply become an investor myself.  It's a lot easier when you know right off the bat what your clients are looking for and how to speak their language!
