Post: Working out details with Church on recovery program, needing help

Hello all,
I am currently working with a Church in the Danville/Avon area to build a recovery type of program. Basically we are wanting to help individuals get back on their feet who might be struggling from a variety of different things. We are looking into sheltering, work program, faith based programs, financial program. There will be several things the individual(s) would need to complete in order to pass the program (this is NOT an entitlement program, individuals have a limited amount of time)
What I am looking for is local (Hendricks county area) investors who might be open to renting out unit(s).
This is all preliminary right now and still figuring out the logistics, we are trying to get our ducks in a row before we pursue.
If something like this has been placed on your heart please reach out to me.
Thank you

Hey everyone, I'm an investor on the West side of Indy (Hendricks County area). Anyway I was wanting to know if anyone would want to have a meetup to get to know each other?
June 24th 6:30p ?
BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse (Avon)
I need to know about how many would like to come out so I can reserve the seats.
(Note: If you want food and/or drinks that's on you, I'm too small town to buy everyone's food and drinks (for now)).

Describe Fail. What you might consider failure I see as just a stepping stone to get where I'm wanting to go. Failure to me is quitting. Yes, I will have bad deals. Yes, I will make mistakes. Yes, I will lose money at some point. But if one learns from their mistakes and keeps trying, one will NEVER fail.

Heck yeah I would! If the numbers worked out, I'd pull the trigger. Just think, if you don't want to rent it out, advertise as a haunted house for an Airbnb! I imagine there are plenty of people out there that would want to stay in a proclaimed "Haunted house".

Congrats Man! That is truly awesome and the words of motivation is just what I was needing right now. Thank you!
My Problem...I like to eat, so, saving money that way is out for me. I'd just skip on the drinks and get a water. Restaurant tap water is safe right?...right? 😟
@Jim K. BP Gold. That was funny my friend, it's a shame people can't see the humor in this.

Thank you David for your input, and the daily crap you have to put up with.
I don't want to have to go this route but when it comes down to it, I'm a loyal husband with 3 kids and a 4th on the way. If I was ever put in a situation like this, which I try not to (and wouldn't wish that upon anyone). I would want to save face and have my family know what really happened and that their daddy isn't some dirtbag. Honestly this is what it all comes down to.
I appreciate all of these inputs. And I would never put someone's safety or privacy at risk. And wouldn't want anyone to come into legal troubles with it, or for that matter without it. Thank you all and God bless.
