Quote from @Andre Galaviz:

As a newbie investor, this post is confusing. It’s basically opposite of what BP is saying on podcasts, YouTube, etc. I’m not confused about the statements, just the message. I’ll look forward to seeing the opinions of other seasoned investors, or BP leaders on this topic. As someone who is considering leveraging equity to buy additional rentals this year, I’m inclined to think that pulling the trigger on that would be a sooner-rather-than-later move.

Why New Hampshire if you live in Worcester?  Wholesaling isn’t an easy thing to get into. It can be lucrative if you build it up but if your intention is only one or two deals you may find the return not worth the time you put in. That being said, if you come across anything I’m a cash buyer in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

It’s better to borrow up front so you know you have the cash reserves if another project comes up. Primary bank in Bedford or Millyard bank in Nashua may be able to help you with a construction loan to finish the project. If you can’t get funding you may be stuck and have to sell as is.

Try Sweeney and Sweeney in Nashua and if your looking to sell wholesales let me know. I’m always looking for deals.

Anyone know of a good wholesaler friendly title company in New Hampshire? and, what was your experience with that title company?
Would like to find out if we have any at all.

Thanks

Post: Homevestors Franchise information ?

Hi Asar, I'll have been a HomeVestors franchisee for five years this coming March. I will be one of the 98% re signing. As Tylor said HomeVestors gives you to utilize the advertising system and processes they have refined for 25 years. While i had business experience i had very little real estate experience. HVA gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running. In addition to the advertising ,you are assigned  development agent who acts as a mentor to help guide you. There is also regular training, propitiatory software and two yearly conventions to help along the way. Yes, there is an upfront cost and a percentage you pay on properties you sell. In my opinion it's more than worth it for the value you receive. Within the first year i had grown to a full franchise and reduced my royalty. I've bought well over 50 houses thus far in the very competitive and lucrative New England market. Don't get me wrong there is a lot of work involved but you get what you put in and it's not for everyone.

Post: What does it cost to refinish a tub in 2021?

@Joe S. Generally I pay about $600 for a tub and surround. Works great to make a tub in a flip look great. Don’t think I would use it on a rental though.
