Welcome Michelle Eng ! Roger's meet up is great! I'll be there at the next meeting. Baltimore seems to be a hot place to start investing, I'm actually looking in that area also since NoVa prices are so high. Good luck and hopefully will see you around the meetings!

I am thinking about buying some properties in Baltimore, MD. The prices seem good and most are for section 8 housing. Is there anything I should be looking out for? I don't know much about the Baltimore area but def interested in starting! Also wouldn't mind teaming up with any investors already in the market!
