If your putting concrete, its likely that it will be walkable hours after pouring. Id advise them maybe, but also you can put up a game cam or a 5G wireless camera from amazon. This way you can monitor it if something was to happen. 

Are you looking for like who to use to send out mailers? Or like what kind of letters and postcards are most commonly sent out?

Check out the space coast! Plenty of opportunity there! 

That’s a hard one, however airbnb guests have stayed in plenty of trailers before. I also know another investor that has flipped trailers with no issues. However sounds like you do need to talk to an attorney. It also may fall in a different category being its not a permanent structure. 

Hello my names Karl, I’m looking to invest in the Indianapolis market. Iv found a couple good properties in the Haughville area, however I have heard it hasn’t been the best area, but I also hear it’s still up and coming. 

What’s the real scoop! It’s a 5 unit and numbers seem to work. Is it too risky for my first out of state investment?

Brandon Turner has a great syndication firm for accredited investors, i believe its called “Open Door Capital”
However I have found syndications through networking, then the projects local and you can keep an eye on things if needed.
