Hello,

I am looking to buy a multifamily property in Hudson Country or Bergen County. I live in Manhattan so I would want something with an easy commute (Ideally Union City or Jersey City). I have been looking at a few properties but I still don't know the market that well. My goal is to live in the property and rent out the other units to be able to live for free after all monthly expenses and the mortgage payment. I would love to get in touch with any Realtors that work in the Northern New Jersey area that could help me find a cash flowing property.

Congrats on finding this deal! Just out of curiosity, did you get pre-approved for the FHA loan before finding this? If so, how did you decide which lender to use? I am also looking for this kind of property in the same area using an FHA loan.
