Mark- We’ve dealt with this multiple times. We just call a tow truck company advising it’s an abandoned vehicle. They tow it and do whatever magic they need to do to turn it into cash. Joe.

Awesome job Nickolas! Looks like high quality work that will retain a high quality customer ie tenant.

Hi Investors,

Assuming all the costs in the middle are the same, (cost of money-permits-contractors, etc) that leaves only two ways to make more money on every deal....sell for more, or buy for less.

But, there is another component to both the purchase and the sale of each property that can make YOU MORE MONEY on both ends. This might be the best kept secret in real estate investing, and we're going to EXPOSE it Tuesday night, November 14th.

You don't want to miss this important meeting.

The bad news is that all the deals in your books can't be changed. The good news is after this meeting you will add thousands to your bottom line on every deal for years to come.

Don't miss it.

Dan & Joe

P.S.- $10 door charge applies for all attendees.

Hi Investors,

It's buying season! What is stopping you from doing your first or NEXT deal? Is it FUNDING??

When you have your money lined up ahead of time, it increases your confidence when making offers. It also puts you in absolute "ready mode". As soon as the right deal presents itself...WHAM!! You are ready to move on it!

There are several avenues to securing funds for real estate investing. At the next Tuesday meeting there will be multiple guests discussing programs and opportunities to the membership. Including the ALL critical "gap" funding.

Several NEW real estate investor lending and funding options are out there, and you need to know about them!

Don't wait until you find a deal and then hope you can fund it....Educate yourself, network with other investors, and talk to potential lending partners.

Be ready to Execute your next money making opportunity!

Refinancing, Acquisition, Gap Funding, Rehab Funding ALL will be discussed on Tuesday Oct 24th 2017

Doors open at 6:30 and meeting starts at 7pm.
