I am traveling next week and will be in Buena Vista FL Tuesday for a meeting and then flying out back to Chicago Wednesday morning.

Whenever I see a post like this I would rather error on the side of caution in case it's an opportunity. 

I've got 2 large nationwide REO lists myself from direct contacts to the bank but I wouldn't feel comfortable attempting to broker/wholesale them without sellers explicit permission. Not to mention I'm only licensed in IL and WI!

My main concern would be actually determining value accurately... And trying to verify that to a buyer when I truly don't know the market, the area, the street, the house. I can Zillow it up with the best of them and search public records nationwide but there's a big difference many times between an internet based value and an MLS based one.

To each their own I guess!!
