I have an opportunity to buy a property but want to know how the area is? I did a little research online, seems like the renters to home owner ratio is favorable to buying a rental property. Decent you g professional area. But also read crime rates are fairly high. Do you live in Madison Heights or near by?

I live in NY so I kinda want to get to know your thoughts on Madison Heights in particular. Up and coming?
