@Marija Sparano so I didn't go the STR route with this one, a deal came across my lap that I jumped for a buy/hold in Michigan. I am going to the meet-up tonight -- it will be my first one and I am going to make sure I go to as many as I can, so maybe I'll catch you at the next one. I will keep you posted on what I find out regarding Catskills

@John Connolly you invest in Westchester? How is it going so far? I live in White Plains, manage 6 rental properties for my family but I invest out of state mostly. You should join the Westchester Real Estate Investors FB group. There is a meet-up tonight actually. 

@Marija Sparano hey I am also from White Plains. I think awhile back we were going to hop on a call. I have a friend that has a family house in the Catskills, I am getting information from him.
