I am a DuPage/cook county flipper. In my opinion there are plenty of deals for all of us out there. Spend most of your time searching and making direct contact with the source. You will find the best deals this way with the largest margins. Most of my deals are off market. Just my opinion. Good luck!

@Andrew Wydra Thanks for the advice. Contacting the sellers directly is what we are doing with the single family stuff. It looks like it is a similar model except on a larger scale with precise rehab calculations. I would love to talk shop. I will PM you with my contact info.

Hello BP Nation. I am a fix n flip investor in Chicago IL. Most of my business is Single Family Homes however I have one 12 unit building on the Southside that does very well. I am looking to bump my game and invest in distressed MF, rehab and stabilize. Does anyone have any advice on where to find good distressed MF properties. I have tried loopnet and a few other sites however not much luck. I am looking to network and connect with others in this field.

Can anyone recommend a website to search relatives or ancestors? The basic ones online don't seem to get the job done. Thanks in advance. 

Thanks for the insight. It is much appreciated. Have you had any luck with the trustee passing info on to the beneficiaries? Also, how had is it to find the trustees?

Is there a way to find out who the beneficiaries are on a Trust. I am trying to track down some owner and keep running into this. Does anyone have any secrets they can share? Thanks in advance.
