Does anyone have any success raising capital via crowd funding? I have been successfully fix and flipping for the past few years however would like to look into bigger projects. Please let me know if anyone on BP has has any success with crowd funding platforms or companies.

Does anyone know  a Community Bank or Credit Union based out of Illinois that offers a line of credit for real estate investors. 

I am looking for a line that can be secured by an investment property. I am seeking a bank that requires little or no seasoning in order to pull money out.

If this is available, I am looking for a bank that loans off appraised value. 

I am looking to do this with 3-5 properties. All properties are free and clear.

I am also interested in other investors success stories when doing rent-to-own. Are there any huge negatives or positives.
