@Jan Fensterer can you buy a Hothel???? Most posters on BP are not able to buy a hotel at their current stage, but a single family house is a lower bar of entry.

One house at a time. We hear the big talkers tell about how they bought so many a month. This is not helpful with those starting out. Find a way to get one rental and then section 8 it if that is your plan. Then do it again.

@Alex Olson you mentioned a 4 plex. Do you personally really know of any that are a good deal that is available?

They are trying to bring new people to your parking lot that might actually see the shopping center for the first time. That is free marketing.

There is already to many novice husslers  mudding the per foreclosure pond that anyone that is actually doing it would be a bit dumb posting the exact script on a public form like BP.

2. Pay to keep if over paid.

@Victoria Daley there are many investors that will help train you for a fee. If you produce leads someone will help you run and harvest them for part of the profit. If you want free training look on BP you will get a “ Little” more than you pay for.

Your not loosing money your just not making as much as you want. There is a big difference in the two IMO.

Cheap lesson if you didn’t spend to much money. Take the nearest exit out of that deal.

That is definitely doable. Focus on getting 
one house at a time.
