I'm interested in securing an auto loan through my LLC. I have good credit, but don't want an auto loan on my personal credit.
Has anyone had experience with this?

@Cedric Caldwell it depends on a lot of things. Some mentors are better than others, but lots depends on you. I have paid for a number of mentors over the years and they didn’t all bring the same value. If you don’t have a least a small idea of what your aiming for then you will not know if the mentor is a great fit.

With 4 Children and work from home business. My house has been both an asset & investment into my marriage and children. We have a big backyard that our dog and children play. It is a bit out of town. If your house can bless your family more than a rental that should be taken into consideration.

Great post and I wholeheartedly agree.

A lot of talk on here is about huge multifamily deals of 100+ units and raising funds and doing syndications. That is good for some people, but that is not the only way to build wealth.

There are a lot of smaller investors out there (myself included) who have built wealth using smaller multifamily properties and without syndicating. To me syndicating is less about real estate investing and more about raising capital, and fund management.

 After having a partner for my first two years of investing and buying  20 plus houses of which I negotiated for all but one I have bit of insight into partnerships.. 

1. Bigger is not always better.
