Thanks Clay!
You are the exactly the kind of person/ people that I am looking to interview on this show.
We do need to link up on some deals. I wish I knew your guys's criteria a little better, but that will be a great topic for the show. I'll send you an email or pm here in a couple of weeks to set it up!
I appreciate your interest Adrien. I've got to get a couple of trial runs done, but hopefully I'll something for you to watch in a month or so!

Hey bigger pockets!
I am currently in the process of producing a web series that focuses on the Indianapolis investment real estate industry.
My goal with the project is to produce professional quality interviews of real estate professionals in Indianapolis. I want these videos to be educational, but also I would like to use them as advertising and networking tools for me and my interviewees. Anyone interviewed will have all rights to their video and be able to post it on their website or use it for any means they see necessary. The interviews will not be live. They will be edited.
I have a fairly extensive background in audio production, and this year I started wholesaling SFHs in Indianapolis. I've noticed while there is an abundance of videos relating to what we do on the internet, very few of them have any type of production integrity.
I would love to hear what you guys think! Especially people in Indianapolis!
I have a couple people lined up, but I'm looking for more people to interview currently!
I want to talk to everyone in the industry to get an insight on what it is you do every day.
I look forward to hearing for you guys. Thank you!

24k is a pretty good price to pick something up that will rent for $550 if it's rent ready. At least it is in Indianapolis.
You probably could have gotten them to come down more, but still a good deal.

Hey Bram,
Indianapolis is a weird city in the fact that neighborhoods change a lot in five to ten blocks.
This can make profiling areas tricky. The best way to determine what type of neighborhood you are in, from my experience, is how occupied it is.
Areas that have 5+ vacant homes or business per block are usually something to stay away from, but areas that are heavily occupied are almost never below class C
hope that helps.
If you're looking for deals in Indianapolis, I'd be more than happy to assist
