Hello everybody! I have list of delinquent property tax leads for Hoke County, NC. These leads are turn key for mailing. The list contains the balance owed for 2019 and 2020, property address, owner mailing address and the owner name. If you're interested in other counties feel free to reach out as well.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post their name on this forum thread. But have you ever thought about just doing it yourself? It was actually easy once I figured it out on excel.

Hey Gary! I remember feeling a bit nervous about my first mailing. Looking back to my first batch I mailed a couple thousand. I was able to convert 3 deals and I didn't have a clue what I was doing. My trick was a slightly tinted envelope just to stand out from the others hoping it would get opened. I used to work for Homevestors and they used more of a barrage tactic. That also seemed to work well.  I think they key to direct mail is good lists, volume, consistency, and being ready to actually answer the phone when it rings.
