You’ve added so much value to this home and now you have a low maintenance property too. Great job!

I’ve been in this predicament before. I pushed ahead with getting the kitchen done ahead of many other rooms. This resulted in attractive photos to put online. When prospective tenants came to view the house they focused on the kitchen and weren’t bothered by the fact that work was being done all throughout the house. I had a bunch of applicants long before the House was completed. Of course it’s not ideal, and finishing the rehab on time is a concern, but I just wanted you to know that it worked out for me. Good luck!

Welcome Jeremy Frank I spent some time in Atlanta for various reasons. My daughter attended Kennesaw State College. It is an interesting market where you live. Let me know if I can help you in any way.

Hi David Pierson I think it’s important when you are starting out to stay relatively close to where you live when you are investing. I know that when I started out, I made a lot of trips back-and-forth to the property during renovation and also to the hardware store and then back to the investment property. Also, you probably know your local market, by now, better than most. Let me know if I can help you in any way.

I have used social media to rent my properties through different groups on there. It has worked out pretty well. But, for networking purposes I find BP to be far and away more effective than some social media outlets.
