@Tyler Brown  We manage our own properties but have separate properties set up in both my account and my wife's under different Airbnb accounts.  They are all listed under one Your Porter account so I believe you could do that with the properties you're managing for others.  Their customer support has been great for us, if you email them any questions, I'm sure they'll find you a good solution.

Post: Advice on Building an RV Park

We've put an offer in on some land with the idea of building an RV Park. The property has both a lake and river and is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the small but artsty/funky downtown area which features about 10 festivals a year and draws both foreign and domestic tourists. We have investment properties, both SFH and MFH, which are a mix of short-term (Airbnb, VRBO, etc...) and long term rentals. However, I don't have experience in building a project like this. I do own an RV and have traveled in it quite a bit over the past year so I am familiar with that side of things. The director of Tourism (who also sits on the Zoning Board) for the city is EXTREMELY supportive of having an RV Park in town and says there is a huge demand for it. He says they turn away plenty of RV'ers that want to stay in town but drive 30 miles away to the nearest decent park. The only competition is a run-down park which is mostly full-timers with neglected trailers. The director of Tourism said that he won't in good faith recommend that park to any travelers who come to town. Would any RV park owners out there be kind enough to spend a few minutes chatting about building and/or running a park? I'd also love any advice posted here. Thanks in advance!

I’m actually in the research process of doing this exact thing now. I’d love some feedback as well. Best of luck to you in your investment journey!

We use Your Porter to manage 5 STR's. We have been very happy with the software and their customer service. I would highly recommend.

@Tierra Petersen

Thanks for the response! I was actually asking if you had purchased the RV Park University course? I’m interested, but at $500, want to make sure it’s a worthwhile investment.

@Tierra Petersen

Hi Tierra,

Wondering if you ever took this course or got any feedback on it? I’m considering it, but would love some feedback before spending the $ on it. Thanks!

@Mario Am

Glad to hear you made a profit! I had some of those same concerns, mainly finding a good contractor and being an hour away from a major airport. Good luck with your endeavors in Memphis, love that city!

@Mario Am

Hi Mario, hope all is well. I’m interested in Hot Springs as well. I wanted to check in and see how things are going with your 3BD 1.5BA purchase?

Was it a BRRRR?
