@Jamie Brayton

Jamie, what type of marketing are you doing that lead you to this “problem”?

@Julius Dixon

Where in NY are you located? I’m in Yonkers just starting out too.

@Ryan Felton did you add all those yourself, or have someone drive for you? How have your results been a couple months later? Also, are you just marketing to absentee owner, or owner occupied also? I'm just getting started out with dealmachine and only have about 20 properties in. I'm also adding properties that are corporate owned (purchased to flip) to send to cash-buyers as advertised by @David Lecko.

Post: Lower volume mailing companies?

Hey guys,

I'm an investor involved in fix and flips, working on acquiring properties directly. After hopefully acquiring deals the goal is to keep projects we want to work on, and wholesale out others. Direct mailing is new to me, but I've gained a ton of knowledge researching through this site and affiliates. I'm registered to Dealmachine for my D4D, and I've been in contact with Open Letter Marketing (who seem awesome) for mailing lists I've pulled through Listsource.

Point of my post:

I have some smaller lists (sub 200) that I'd like to get out, but it seems like OLM  has higher mailing minimums than I need right now. Are there any other companies/affiliates that are recommended for lower volume mailing?
