@Bryce DeCora Hey Bryce, sorry I answered back on the other thread first. Your system does sound interesting, although I don't think it solves the issue I have.

@Bryce DeCora and @Tim Oppelt Thanks for the info guys. I might not be making myself clear or not using the correct wording. I don't need a system to automate the actual sending of mailers, etc. I am looking for examples of wholesalers/flippers that can provide me with their outsourcing "system".

For example. Using Callmotivatedsellers.com, Callporter.com, VAs from Fiverr.. etc.

I am able to pull the lists, send out the mailers.. but I am unable to make cold calls and answer calls.

Thanks again

@Chris Bounds Hey Chris. Do you outsource your calling or have an in house person/team?
Who is the service that answers the lines?

@Jose Castillo Hey Jose. I’m looking a little more for people to chime in with their start to finish system first hand. Thank you for the support!

I have a time intensive, rotating schedule "W-2" and am also a growing investor who does flips.

I'm looking for my next off market deal in my area - and looking to outsource most functions of the process. I can pull lists from various sources myself, but from there I am looking to build a "system" of people and tools that automate the lead generation.

The plan is to mail, text and cold call. I have a Carrot site which will be listed on all of my mailed/texted marketing efforts in effort to direct leads into that funnel. I would also like to run PPC ads on this site.

I do need something/someone in place for inbound calls as I don't want to miss leads but can not rely on being able to personally answer the phone. I would like these inbound leads sent directly to a CRM if possible.

Can anyone who runs a business like this describe their methods and system? I've learned about a lot of different products that do what I am asking (Leadsherpa, Callmotivatedsellers.com, callporter, etc.) but would like to hear how you guys are putting it all together.

Gearing up to send out a campaign within the next week or two.

Thanks

@Joe Gonzalez What method did you use to find these leads? Who are you marketing to now?

@Jerryll Noorden Thanks man! I got promoted back in March. New workload along with some other personal issues caused my attempt at marketing to take a back seat unfortunately. I have since cancelled Carrot because I wasn't getting anything organic and trying PPC was both not a priority and risky/daunting. There's some more road bumps to talk about but I'd rather not run on in a public forum haha.

@Lee Ripma Out of curiosity, how well do you generate leads using your Wix site and assuming paid traffic? Are you using landing pages that are different than your Wix site, or that is your landing page?
