@Omer Zakai

I have investing in Birmingham area for nearly 20 years. I am selling all my Birminghan areas school properties. Look at Jefferson county schools or shelby county or st Clair county schools. You will pay more but your taxes and insurance will be cheaper. Also your property will appreciate more. LAlso stay away bessemer. Bad area. Good luck.

@Manas M.

Shooting and stealing in Center point along with the city of Center point is not landlord friendly. Good luck.

@Cory S.

I’m not so sure about Grayson Valley. It has changed a lot in the last 30 years. Good luck.

@Will Gebbie

Follow the schools. You never go wrong when your property has good schools. They cost you more money but taxes and insurance will be the same and sometimes cheaper than areas that have shooting and stealing.

I have bought in C valued at 100k and B+ valued at 180k and the taxes and insurance are within $100 of each other.

Good luck. 😎

@Tatjana Roth

Virgina drive is normal a pretty good area. Is it east or west of 15 street

@Tatjana Roth

Very good sign. Houses don’t stay on the market long in Hueytown

@Manas M.

Also it may be hard to get 1295 month rent. I get that type rent in Shelby county 3 years old all brick house in Calera Alabama. Good luck.

@Manas M.

There are some areas to stay away from. What street is the house on.

@Tatjana Roth

Houses are NOT cheap. My bad.

@Tatjana Roth

I have been in Hueytown for 10 years. Great community. Multi generation stay home in Hueytown. Great schools. They built a new and large high school there about 10 years ago.

Great police department. I had a tenant have their lawn mower stolen and the police brought the lawnmower back 2 days later. I have talked to utility workers and postal workers and they all say Hueytown is a great place. These guys are on the street every day. Good luck. Hoses are cheap. You can rent 3 bedrooms 1 bath all day long. Hope this help. Good luck.
