@Ashley Chris - I hope to see you at the next meetup and we can chat about the Phoenix market. I just listed one of my properties for sale.  If you're in the area, the address is 525 E Wescott Dr. I'm not selling everything but looking forward to taking some gains off the table. It's an interesting market compared to the Bay Area. I purchased the property for $105k in 2012, listed now for $200k but in 2006 the property sold for $275k. It makes me think how many homeowners are still underwater on their property in Phoenix.

@J. Martin - It will be sad to see you go but I'm happy for you as I love to travel as well. It's a big world out there, I always cherish my once a year out of the country trips. It great to step away from the day to day and bring some perspective in life.

@Ryan Landis - Ryan, thanks for coming out again. I hope this month we can get the chance to chat more.

@Houston Garcia I come down from SF and yes it is quite a trip but I have gotten use to it. There is a SF meetup by @J. Martin, join his group to be notified for the next meetup!

J, my primary mortgage that I obtained at 3.875% before the rate hike I can now obtain fee free from 3.375-3.5% as of today but too bad I cant refinance for 120 days so I am sitting on the sidelines watching all of this play out. I hope you can get some low rates at this time buddy!
