I believe it is possible. I own 2 houses here in Pensacola, FL and they both rent for over $650. I’m living in this city now so I manage myself but when I leave I will have property mgmt for both as long distance self managing is not for me. Pm me for opportunities in this area as I’m pretty in tune with the under 50k market here.

Not sure if this is related to this post but here goes. I own a SFR in NWI Hammond, IN to be exact and I have some horrible tenants that now refuse to pay. I need to find someone there that can help me get them out asap but for a modest price as I live in Florida now and do not have a property manager. Any help is much appreciated. The house has a pending sale on it but I don't want to leave the next owners with this mess. They might actually back out if they find all of the damage that I know is being done there currently. I need them out so I can go in and make it somewhat presentable for the sale. Thanks to all who assist

Jen Pothilat i'd like that info too as I have a property in hammond that I either need a really good property management recommendation on to keep it occupied or I need someone to take this property off my hands. It has been a mess from day one and I live in Florida now. Thanks for any info

Completely sane ex wife closed account with around 8k in rental funds and our current tenants 1st and last month and kept and spent ALL without consulting me. I'm praying I might have some legal recourse now that our divorce is final to recoup at least my portion(since I'm legally on the title/deed) and we agreed to split all our assets down the middle. Since we both technically had rights to the money may I sue for my half? If so I'd love a referral of a NWI or Chicagoland attorney. House is located in Hammond, In. Thanks BP

Need help BP thanks for everything in advance. Terrible divorce with children and a house. Ex wife currently is allowing me to take property located in Northwest Indiana but my income won't allow me to refinance to get her name completely off since I cut my hours to get my real estate license and "Chase my dream". I spoke with the refinance company and they stated my current income wont "support" me keeping a mortgage that my name has been on for the past 8 yrs. I was thinking about a quit claim deed or a release of liability but my mortgage company will not honor either of those for purposes of removing her completely(credit report, etc). So how may I take sole ownership without a refinance? Anything will help Bp

I bought a house that had a multitude of issues. One of them was a MAJOR GERMAN COCKROACH INFESTATION from the previous renters. I found ADVION(with a little research. I bought it from EBAY. It eliminated all roaches within 10 days.
