Hello Ned!
Thanks for the warm welcome!

@Jonathan Hasan I suggest working with one or two reputable cash buyers when you’re first starting out. Work on finding them properties according to their buying criteria and you have a ready sale. Obviously the dollar amount will be based on your market and your buyers criteria. As an example we post are buying criteria on our website for all sellers.
Best of luck in all your endeavors.
Anthony,
Thank you very much for your advice! I have reached out to some people and am on my way to hopefully securing some contacts for my buyers list!
Thanks again and have a good rest of your day!

Hello Everyone!
I have been a member since last year but I haven't formally introduced myself yet. My name is Jonathan Hasan and I have been studying real estate for roughly a year intermittently. My research has been focused mostly on multi family real estate buy and holds but I am trying to start small first by doing wholesaling.
My goal is to first learn the ropes by doing wholesales and then ending with buy and holds on desirable Class B and/or Class C properties. I am excited to learn as much as I can from the knowledgeable people in this forum so that I can be on my way to being a real estate expert!
Please feel free to connect with me if you like!

Thank you for your reply anthony! Perhaps I should have worded my question better.
i am basically trying to find cash buyers so that I dont have to scramble to finalize the deal after i have a property under contract.
Do you just recommend networking at a REA to find those types of people? Maybe going to websites like connected investors?
i am just trying to find all avenues for finding contacts. Also while I have you, how much money is typically needed for these types of deals?

Former product engineer in St. Louis. I have been an engineer for 8 months before covid hit. Now I am looking at real estate as a way of providing a secondary source of income.
Hello everyone,
I am a new investor who is interested mostly in wholesale deals. My first obstacle is acquiring finance partners to help me with getting my foot in the door for these deals. Have there been any strategies for finding finance partners that have worked better than others or is it all variable?
