Contacting the owner would be your best bet. If you're able to get in contact and figure out what their situation and needs are, you may be able to provide a solution. Let me know if I can help at all.

Harris county encompasses quite a large area. Being a bit more specific with the area would help.

Samuel Robinson the meeting starts at 6pm. I just noticed that my post looks different when viewed from a mobile device. Some info appears to be missing, I apologize for that. Feel free to PM me or Robin Williams for more info.

The Texas Realty Club is a small group of investors looking to do big things. We meet the 4th Thursday of each month. If you're in the League City, Clear Lake, Friendswood area, come on out! This month we will have BP Podcast veteran @Account Closed with us.

Jack is a veteran investor in multifamily and mobile home parks who was featured on the Bigger Pockets podcast episode #208. Jack knows his stuff and offers a ton of wisdom for all real estate investors. You definitely want to attend this meeting.
Address - 18050 Saturn Ln #100, Houston, TX 77058 We will be meeting at the Keller Williams Clear Lake/NASA office. Coming from Gulf Freeway, head east on NASA Rd1, make a right on Saturn Lane into Nassau Bay Town Center and park at the 4 story office building on the right. Enter the door nearest to 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria and someone will be meeting you in the lobby to point you to the training room.

As always - no sales pitches, no costs to attend, just down to earth networking and encouragement!

You might want to look for something around Kemah. It's very close to League City and is a popular tourist attraction. Robin Williams might have some good advice as well, he's a big League City guy!

John Stoeber Definitely good advice! Reading my post again, I can see how it could seem a little shady, which was not my intent.

Hi Edwin Campos , I live in Houston as well and may be able to help with this. Send me a PM with the address of the lot. There's no guarantee that is actually a deal, but I'll take a look.

Ann Rau are you looking to live in the multi-family property or just buy it as an investment? FHA financing requires that you live in the property for a period of time.
