Most lenders want to see an LLC in place and a business account but they will look at the individual behind the business so personal liquid assets are paramount. Feel free to use me as a resource as you see fit. ~J

I work With a guy in Calgary maybe I can bring you two together. He does deals in the AZ and TX markets. ~Jonathan
Not all commercial lenders pull hard credit pulls. The majority are still more interested in the collateral. Hard pulls are usually a requirement for conforming market loans. ~J
