Anyone familiar with this state and is it a great market for wholesaling or real estate in general ?

Hi guys ,
I’m getting my tools together to pursue my wholesaling career. I need help on finding buyers specifically in New Jersey and surrounded areas. Even willing to work with buyers who work in any market worldwide.. what are some great strategies in finding Buyers?

You are right about that but I wouldn’t want to take a pay cut even tho it’s a really great idea. I’m sure it’s commission based, well most of them around where I’m at (NJ).. but you I’ll keep that in mind.

Hi guys,
As a beginner in real estate what are the most important steps to take to start off before digging deep with wholesaling?
For ex..
Do I get a LLC to start?
Create a website?
Any websites or apps to have before I begin?
Anything will help and please feel free to inbox me if you need to..
Thanks in advance

So if I buy and house and rent it out to tenants. Am I responsible for including the appliances for the tenants or are they responsible for being their own? Such as a bed and things like that.

Thank you Jonathan! I appreciate what you said and it definitely painted me a bigger picture at this and gave me a different look.
If I join a real estate class/school. Do they actually teach you real estate or just the basics and than I figure things out on my own?

I’m looking for pros and cons honestly.I do have time for many things. But because I have time for something doesn’t mean it’s worth it.
