@Paul Cabrera Love the goals! Do you have an area and property type picked out for the rental? The trip to Spain sounds like a blast. Last spring my mom and I visited Ireland where our family came from. It was very inspiring and humbling. Best of luck with the goals!

@Jackie Comitino Hope all goes well with the move. Those can be very stressful! Love the goals and that you aren't forcing the property purchase until you get the gf on board. That is critical to ensure you have the support you need when things go wrong because they will always go wrong at some point in real estate. Best of luck with achieving them!

@Beth Liesenfeld Yes, I actually think that happens more times than not with books. They talk a lot about theories or ideas on not how to actually make a difference. Will definitely let you know.

That is awesome with all the things you have already delegated. I agree with you on the systems which allow you to delegate. The best part about systems is that once you have them in place you can teach anyone how to do it.

I am also looking forward to staying in touch!

@Steven Taylor That is awesome! That is great way to get into real estate. I house hacked my first and it allowed me to learn a lot with very little money down. Best of luck!

@Veronica DeSalvo I think having access can help, but there are a lot of websites out there that can give you access without having to pay the fee. I would recommend doing some research on some of the tops producers in your area you are looking and then reaching out to them to see if they work with investors and/or invest themselves. If they check those boxes then I would send them the criteria you are looking for and they can set you up on a search for it and keep and eye out for you. Other tip is that if they do find something that meets everything you have said don't get cold feet. The quickest way to get a good agent to stop helping you is to not pull the trigger once they have done they leg work to find you what you are looking for.

@Brandon Richey I think narrowing the goals can be extremely effective! Good luck with the sale and transition. I know that can be a long and tough process. I love the average net profit. It forces you to be better than just going throw the motions on the sale. Your brain will search for ways to be more effective as you do it. Best of luck with all the goals!

@Dalton Dellinger Congrats on celebrating your first anniversary! I love that you have a profit goal on the flips. That will push you to be even better on each on of them and not just get it done but get it done effectively. The relationship piece is critical as well. Have to plant those seeds to let the grow. Best of luck on all these awesome goals!

@Nick Gann Yes, have to make it the most important thing I do every week. I love the seller financing piece. That is truly something you may not be able to do unless you ask the seller. Also love the hire someone. That is big, because it allows you to increase your dollar per. Best of luck with all of the goals!
