@James Williams Those are awesome goals! I think the timeline really helps push your brain to problem solves the goals. This seriously is one of my favorite things of the years because I know that I can achieve these things if I will carve out the right amount of time and being intentional in that time. Best of luck with these goals!

@Alexander W. Schuyler That is really impress of the 6 minute mile. I am still pushing to get there, but got a ways to go so that is awesome for you! I like that you have a specific set of books in mind to help your grow to your other goals. That is really impressive with the weight lifting. That is going require some work, but I am sure you can get back there. Real estate at first can be really scary. I listened and read BP for 6 months before I made any real progress. I love your ambition, but at the same time you have to give yourself some what of a break. You are aware enough to know you can do better and you will in large part because of that. I mental freak out right out of college once the shine of my new job wore off. I couldn't image being tied to my desk for the next 40 years of my life away from the ones I loved. I knew I couldn't experience the life I wanted without achieving financial freedom. Once I finally started making some really progress it began to snowball. Now I have 2 properties and know that I will add another 2 this year if not more. I love your willingness to give back already. That is one of my favorite things to do. I know there are plenty so much further in their journey then me, but if I can help even just one person a little move forward I am happy to do it. Best of luck with these goals. Can't wait to hear about them!

@Robert Arquilla Yes, that is the only way I can stay on track for my goal. I do the same with the 1.5 speed. It was really uncomfortable at first, but I got use to it over time. Sounds like you got a pretty good idea in mind with the supplements. Makes me think of the 4 hour work week model. Best of luck with it!

@Samuel Fletcher Hardy That is awesome! I wish you the best luck with that. It sounds like a lot of work, but once you get your plan in place it will pay off!

@Veronica DeSalvo That is awesome you have a target in mind. What is the reason you want access to the MLS? If you can find the right agent it can make all the difference especially if they invest themselves and have similar strategies to the one you are using.
