Hi @Benjamin Schneider....you have not addressed the most important consideration of this property.  Does it currently cashflow?  The rent you receive is $1,300 but what is the current monthly payment?  Is there any money left over after any overhead to include the property manager.  If the property doesn't currently have positive cashflow, then it might not be worth it.  I do subject-to transactions all the time but only if they cashflow.  Best of luck to you!
