Thanks @Umar Javaid @Tom Kaider and @Domingo Santana for your welcome! I did not want to be one of those posters that makes an introduction and then falls off the map. Unfortunately the BP app for Android seems to have some issues, so I have trouble posting from there.

My name is Jordan Dupuis and I am interested in buy and hold investing and raw land strategies in Houston, Texas, specifically inner-loop multi-family properties, and surrounding areas. I also am investigating other forms of strategic investing in real estate. I found the BP podcast a few months ago and am catching up from episode 1 to present. The content is educational, inspirational and entertaining, so many thanks to Josh and Brandon for leading these great conversations. 

I also am seeking a real estate agent license to better serve the investor community and become an "investor friendly agent" in my area. 

I look forward to meeting other Houston investors in the near future to learn more about this market and about other strategies.
