Hey Alex!
Awesome to hear you've started your journey of self management, depending on the direction you decide to take your company you can start from there.
If you're someone looking to grow your business then you may want to look at 1st "How am I going to scale my business profitably" This really means taking a look at what processes you want to manage and onboard new owners into. You'll want to start defining what you will and won't do for ALL your clients and not make exceptions if you plan on growing efficiently.
If you decide to provide a la carte tenant housing or maintenance solutions, is it really going to be less of a headache than knowing every single door you manage follows the exact same rules? Sure at 10 doors that might be easy, but at 100, having even a quarter of your door count dictating how you run your business as opposed to 100% of the doors you manage follow the same process is going to hurt your margin and make it so your margin looks like its at 75 doors anyway. So why have all the dead weight.
If you're looking for tech solutions I know that there are a few cheap options to offload some of the basics. If you're looking to self manage maintenance you can sign up for solutions like Property Meld or PM toolbelt if you're looking for a more internal solution, if you're looking for someone to take all the maintenance off your hands including after-hours calls you can look at Latchel, EZ Repair, and I believe Night Tenders. Possibly local call centers or maintenance centers could help with this too.
Additionally, if you're looking for a couple of podcasts to listen to you can start with

B) https://billcaskey.com/category/the-2x-podcast/
Just some cool stuff in here to help you start looking at modern tools and practices. Then you can also look to your local NARPM chapters to find workshops on management laws and sometimes they have interesting speakers you may want to attend for.
Good luck, and grow fast!
