So I had the pleasure to speak with James who is now handling my account and boy was he a pleasure to speak to. He made sure to take care of me and any questions I had. I will continue to do business with them. I’ve learned that NO mail house is perfect! What’s separates these companies are the ones that take the extra mile to make sure you’re being taken care of. With them making some big changes i can safely say I will stay and continue to do business with them.

@Travis Wells I’m going through the same exact thing. I read your thread and it wowed me with how accurate the comparison of your story is compared to mine! They’ve been giving me the run around for months. I sent thousands of mailers and have yet to receive any calls!

@Joseph Oh I have Wholesale Hacker and it has been a complete game changer. And this is coming from a guy who's had multiple systems. I went from closing 1 deal every 2-3 months to closing 2-3 deals a month consistently!

@Austin Hughes thank you for sharing your story, it was very inspiring.

@Chris Smith you can aquire a ton of rentals with the seller Finance strategy or MTG takeover strategy. I'd look these up and learn everything there's to learn. I would also connect with every wholesaler in the area. Meanwhile, id get a motivated sellers list and start cold calling. Hope this helps.
