@Brittany Ursini it's important to have an assignment friendly attorney that knows the game. I have a couple I can recommend. Also with a double closing you will have ti closing on two transactions unlike an assignment. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thanks and good luck

@Sheila Campbell learn how to wholesale. Absolutely you can get into real estate with no money. I've done my first flip using other people's money. All you have to do is learn how to find the deals and take it from there! I'm living PROOF!

@Heather Saunders wholesaling is simple! I will have to disagree with the naysayers! I started and I'm doing 2 deals a month consistently. YouTube University is where it's at!! It's free and packed with knowledge. As long as you're obsessed, you will be successful. This business is guaranteed as long as you are willing to go though the growing pains. And did someone just say less? I have to disagree. You can make 15-30k assignment fees all day long.
