Newbie to real estate business, came across BP through WBEZ that plugged BP. I am currently pursuing my real estate license, and have been in the remodeling and renovating business for about 5 years now. My goal is to get into flipping homes, owning and holding property, and overall just start investing on real estate. That is just a little bit about me. Any tips and tricks out there? Where should I begin? Should I start building relations/networking?

That is a great idea, I myself am a newbi and getting into real estate investing and real estate in general. All the information in BP is amazing but nothing is better than gaining hands on experience in the business.
I as well want to volunteer in the chicago area in exchange for knowwledge and experience.
