Hi Yall, im cleaning up my expenses and im wondering what you are choosing to use free and what you are choosing to expense.

email? Free or branded? @gmail.com vs @youinvestor.com

website? Oncarrot / Lead propeller or Wix/squarespacae or Wordpress?

Lists: Driving for Dollars vs NODS/Preforeclosure lists or equity list/listsource list?

Marketing? print at home vs postcards, vs yellow letters, vs bandit signs?

not looking for science just looking to see what you are using, thanks for the comments!

@Sean Dolan i agree with the overall sentiment here, and i have been hearing it alot. its wierd because im not a new investor in theory buy i am new in actual deals. but i agree with what you said, now here is the follow up question for you "There are much simpler ways to generate leads."

if you dont mind just dropping a few bits of your own secret sauce, i would appreciate it! thanks!

fyi...my current focus right now is driving for dollars, preforclosure door knocking and craigslist, just scouring for leads and distressed properties. i have a growing list of vacants and a meeting with the TLO rep on monday, i need a good "cheaper" way to skip trace, one of these coals will be a diamond or a nugget of gold in an acre.

i see a trend here of mailing white letters for probates which im all for. however if you happen to have the persons cell phone number how risky/insensitive would it be to send a text concerning the house? "hi sir/mam im sorry for your loss, concerning the house when you are to sell, i would like to be of assistance with buying the home...thank you." myname and email.
