hi @Mindy Jensen yes i def. agree with you on that. i have my own branded email but ive seen so many people out there IRL and online/webinar gurus with @gmail @yahoo(yahoo with all the recent hacks) and these are big players. im like wow, they are just that good they dont need branded. but i will stick with what i have and be that REI guy with a personalized branded email. thanks for your reply, have an awesome day!

Hi @Ramon Polo thanks for that great writeup! really insightful content. Wordpress is something i would like to learn as a skill. so i will check it out and setup a personal blog. i currently do have a branded email but i have been networking recently and some of the big REI players in my town all have basic @gmails and @yahoo emails and im like hmmm, what am i doing wrong here. Id like to follow up with you concerning online marketing and get your thoughts on that. Especially FB and motivated buyers. thanks, have an awesome day!

hey @Nick Cuttonaro thanks for that list man!! thats great to hear you have tested the waters on those. im using a mix of Excel and Podio. but i find my excel getting clunky and i keep adding tabs. i really like the fact that i can see everything there (out of sight out of mind) unlike the other CRMs if its not in front of my eyes i cant see it. that being said i was researching today and found 37signals and also im going to check out highrise. I read up on fat free crm but open source is just not my cup of tea yet. for that i can stay with podio. i will be comparing 37signals/Highrise/REImobile. on seperate note i did send REImobile a message about uptime/downtime and offline availability. now a days with all things cloud and outage can really cause issues accessing your data. I also asked if the data was encrypted or mined, and who has access to it? Data is king and id like to know that its protected and not being sold anywhere else. ;) we shall see. i will def keep you guys posted.

Hi Ryan, would you elaborate on these things? I realize they may be normal or common sense to you but any info on this topic would be appreciated.

Hi @Nick Cuttonaro, great question!

leads captured from: D4D$, birddogs, networking, (most important)

leads broken down into lists: mail sequences, follow ups, drip campaigns, postcards seq, letter seq.(will be necessary as lead gen grows)

to capture: cash buyers Private money lenders, Flip investors, Buy/Hold investors, wholesalers(required for JV opportunities, collaboration)

networking leads, banks, hard money, contractors, landscape, realtors, inspectors, lawyers, cpa, title companies(good to capture these for follow up, networking)

once again, thanks for the follow up, i really hadnt thought how i would use the CRM but his makes sense.
