The credit is business credit and does not reflect on my personal credit score. So if I have 100k in credit could I buy a 50k house, refinance and then just have the down payment on the card? How would I get the down payment amount off my credit card before my 12 month 0% interest was up?

@Ned Carey, I'm just have business credit. I'm using a separate company to pull the credit out as cash and it's 0% interest for 12 months, and a month payment o 1% of thebused balance. If I use it to buy a rental and then later refinance, the bank will only cover 75%LTV and leave me with the down payment amount left on my credit. I am trying to find a way to get everything on the card payed back before the 0% interest expires. Any ideas or strategies? I want to buy 50,000 properties that can support this strategy.

Thanks for the info Micheal. Where could I find an apartment complex for 100k or less? One of the hardest decisions I’m having is where to start investing. Also I would have to have the property management in place on day one. I live in California, I couldn’t possibly manage the property from here.
