The credit is business credit and does not reflect on my personal credit score. So if I have 100k in credit could I buy a 50k house, refinance and then just have the down payment on the card? How would I get the down payment amount off my credit card before my 12 month 0% interest was up?

@Michael Graff You could use the VA loan to buy a four plex and live in it. 12 months later you could move out, refinance and use the VA Loan again. I did this but with a SFH. I fixed it up and sold for a nice profit.

If you got $50,000 in credit cards at 0% interest for 12 months. How would you use this to start investing?

@Ned Carey, I'm just have business credit. I'm using a separate company to pull the credit out as cash and it's 0% interest for 12 months, and a month payment o 1% of thebused balance. If I use it to buy a rental and then later refinance, the bank will only cover 75%LTV and leave me with the down payment amount left on my credit. I am trying to find a way to get everything on the card payed back before the 0% interest expires. Any ideas or strategies? I want to buy 50,000 properties that can support this strategy.

I want to buy a rental property with credit. The card is 0% interest for 12 months. Could someone tell me if these number are correct and how I can get out of the down payment cost on my credit card? $50,000 on credit card 0% interest/12months $45,000 cost of rental $750 rental income So I want to buy the rental for the $45,000 and refinance it with a bank loan which is going to require a 25% down payment ($11,250). So after the refinance my credIt card balance wIll go from $45,000 to $11,250. I still have to pay a 1% monthly fee for the card and now I have a mortgage tacked on. Expenses: $400 Mortgage $112 credit card payment $80 property management ——— =$592-$750=$158 My question is how do I structure this so I get all my credit back so I don’t have to pay interest after the 12 months?

Thanks for the info Micheal. Where could I find an apartment complex for 100k or less? One of the hardest decisions I’m having is where to start investing. Also I would have to have the property management in place on day one. I live in California, I couldn’t possibly manage the property from here.

I am new to investing and I want to know how to pick out where to invest. I only have about 100k but i don’t want to go all in. Should I go SFH or multifamily?
