Also a big points hacker myself. A couple years back, I had a whole points manufacturing system in place. These days, I've backed off a bit because a bunch of my systems have closed so just waiting for the next big hack play. 

I don't know North Carolina well, but I have a 10 property portfolio across Detroit and Memphis and I believe these markets are solid places to start and build a portfolio. Happy to connect and knowledge/resource share if you are interested in these markets.

Hi Kyle, not sure what you mean by underground, but I'm based in Seattle and invest in mainly midwest markets (Detroit and Memphis) where I have 9 (soon to be 10) doors. I do a variety of strategies from BRRRR, to Turnkey, to flips. Big fan of these markets as there been great appreciation and cash flow. Happy to connect and knowledge share if you are interested.
