I agree with Chris, those are most definitely good areas to invest in. In fact, I work closely with Chris and I recently sold him a great rental. I was wondering what are some of the most investor friendly title companies here in the city of brotherly love?  If any investors have  feedback on title companies that they have used I would very much appreciate that. I'm looking for a smooth and easy process with a company who is great with communication. I work with a few great title companies as of right now but I'm looking to maybe expand my horizons. Any feedback is appreciated.

It's great that you're seeking investment opportunities in Philadelphia and I think you're off to a great start. While the Manayunk and Roxborough  areas are good areas, there are many other areas where you'll find much better returns. Another issue with the Manayunk and Roxborough areas is that there is low inventory in the area. I'll send you a message where we can discuss this in detail.

I was just curious to see where most of the Philadelphia investors on Bigger Pockets find their off-market deals. I know that there are endless sources of pocket listings, especially in the City of Brotherly Love. I think it would be beneficial to know your best source of off-market properties, not only for myself, but for other investors who may look at this post. Any feedback would be appreciated, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you all have to say.
