Yes, we sell plenty of homes on Staten Island. Like with anywhere else: location, pricing and the overall house you intend to build will play a factor in your profits. I’m currently in the middle of a new construction deal, and have an investor that flips plenty of properties- just closed on 2 of his and we have quite a few more coming.

Hey! I have investors that do this exact thing but in Staten Island- the section 8/citypheps payouts are unreal. Around $2600/month for a studio or one bedroom. 

Inventory dried up a little bit because everyone’s been scooping them up, but a deal hits every once in awhile. 

PA has great markets that are very close to us. On the surface it looks like it can work, again people are doing the very same thing right here and cash flowing pretty well. I always felt as if there was something I didn’t catch…but just one of my investors are on property number 4 like this now.
