@Mark Lira

I think it could also backfire...if they’re a little short there’s not much stress to just not pay on time, ya know? “Eh it’s $10 screw it I’ll pay next week.” Just a thought.

I have both a life insurance license and real estate as well and I haven’t met many people that do. Do you have any ideas on how to make them work off of each other?

Hello,

I've recently come into two separate clients that both have very large cash reserves and are looking to flip homes on Staten Island. Being their Realtor, I've been looking all over the MLS and sending them plenty of properties but I wanted to see if anyone here has anything off market. I truly want to see them succeed in flipping and I want to be a part of it as well- let me know if you have anything!! Ready to go, they both have cash in hand...looking to close by the end of this month. Staten Island ONLY.

Post: Why would you want to use a Supra Lockbox?

I love the Supra boxes....if you're already aware of them and have the app registered, all you do is walk up to the box, push it up, let your phone connect and it's open. Starting the whole registration process right there stinks but your Board of Realtors should've set you up when you paid for access to it.
