Any Los Angeles invesors familiar with this area? 

I recently expanded into this market and have been generating some great leads. Looking to expand my network with serious investors in the LA market.

Any wholesalers using some sort of electronic signature service? 

I am negotiating on a deal with an out of state owner and was wondering if anybody is using a e-sig service. 

Im in California, home owner is in Texas
