Hello everyone,

I am a freshman college student attending LA Tech University in the Fall. My dream is to open up my own real estate investment company after I graduate. So I was wondering for my first question to all the experienced realtors here is what do I need to know/do to fully take advantage of my current position. Any advice or tips on my next step would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, Joshua Manning
